Services Provided
We design and install pickleball courts for residential and commercial properties in the Tampa Bay area. Services include site assessment, concrete base installation, USPA-compliant acrylic surfacing, precision line striping, and net system installation.
All work is performed by our licensed and insured team. We coordinate all phases of court construction from initial consultation through final net tensioning.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting consultations or estimates. You are responsible for obtaining necessary property permissions, HOA approvals, and local permits before work begins.
You must ensure safe site access for our team and equipment during installation. Any site conditions not disclosed during assessment may affect project scope and cost.
Service Scope and Limitations
We provide detailed cost breakdowns covering all installation phases before work begins. Final pricing may adjust if undisclosed site conditions require additional work.
We build courts to ASBA standards and USPA specifications. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes or usage patterns after installation.
Liability Limits
Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or consequential losses.
We maintain general liability insurance as a licensed contractor. Claims must be reported within 30 days of project completion.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and design elements, is owned by Tampa Pickleball Court Builders. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
