Often yes, but lot shape, setbacks, and obstacles all affect the answer. A layout review shows whether a full regulation court fits or whether the site calls for a different configuration. Irregular lots and mature landscaping are assessed during the same visit.

Knowing the court size is only part of the plan. Drainage, slope, fencing placement, access, and safe run-off zones all need to be resolved before construction starts. Skipping this step is how layouts end up with pooling water or unsafe edges.

A slope does not automatically rule out the project, but it affects grading, drainage, and how the finished court plays. The site should be checked during the design stage so any grading work is identified and included in the construction estimate before work begins.

The consultation produces a site-specific layout plan. That plan is then used to write an itemised written estimate covering the concrete base, acrylic surfacing, striping, and net system. It does not replace a full construction estimate, but it makes that estimate accurate.

A builder pricing from a rough description cannot account for drainage, clearance, or setback issues. Those problems surface mid-build, where fixing them means stopping work, regrading, or repositioning fencing, all of which add cost and delay.
